District 1 Commissioner

Terry was born and raised in Plattsmouth and graduated from Plattsmouth High School with the class of 1987.  His family has lived in Cass county since the 1900's.

After high school, he attended Iowa Central Community College and was later accepted into the Iron Workers Union Local #21 in Omaha NE, where he worked for 34 years until retiring in July 2024.

Terry has been very active in the community with coaching youth softball for many years and is currently the assistant softball coach for Plattsmouth High School.  Terry is married and has three children Aimee, Abbie and the late Beau Dasher.  His hobbies include fishing, spending time with family and watching his daughters play softball.
